Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and guarantee that your cell phone information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Your personal data is safe with us and will not be used inappropriately.

That promise has not changed. What follows explains, in plain terms, exactly what we collect and why — so you can decide what you are comfortable sharing.

What you give us

When you request an estimate, our form asks for your name, email address, phone number, service address and a description of the work. The form is operated by Jobber, the scheduling software our crews run on, and what you type goes straight into our job pipeline.

The form asks separately whether you agree to receive appointment reminders by text and whether you agree to receive marketing texts. Those are two different questions and you can say yes to one and no to the other. Either can be stopped at any time by replying STOP.

Phone calls

Calls to and from our published numbers are handled by CallRail, and they are recorded. Before the call connects you hear: “This call may be recorded and shared with third-party providers.” If you would rather not be recorded, tell the person who answers and we will take your details another way, or email us instead.

We use the recordings to check what was promised on a job, to train our own team, and to make sure nothing was missed on a quote. We do not sell them.

You may also notice the phone number on this site changes depending on how you found us. That is deliberate: it tells us which searches and ads actually bring work in. Every one of those numbers rings the same office.

What is collected while you browse

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages people read, Google Ads to measure whether an advertisement led to a call or a form, and the Meta Pixel for the same purpose on Facebook and Instagram. These tools set cookies and record pages viewed, approximate location by city, device type and how you arrived.

None of them receive your name, address or the details of your project. They see behaviour on the website, not the contents of your estimate request.

Financing

If you choose to prequalify for financing, that happens on Wisetack, not here. What you enter there is governed by Wisetack’s own privacy policy, and we never see your full financial information — only whether an application was approved and for how much.

Who else sees your information

Only the companies that make the service work: Jobber for scheduling and quoting, CallRail for phone handling, Google and Meta for advertising measurement, Wisetack for financing, and our web host. Each of them handles the data on our behalf and is not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

We do not sell your information, and we do not trade or rent contact lists.

The one exception is the law: if we are required to hand something over by a court order or a government authority, we will comply.

How long we keep it

Estimate requests and job records stay in our system for as long as we may need them for warranty, permit or tax purposes — generally seven years. Call recordings and website analytics are kept for shorter periods set by the providers. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will, except where we are required by law to keep a record of work performed.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to sales@2hrescreening.com or call the office. We will answer within thirty days and we will not charge you for it.

To stop marketing texts, reply STOP. To stop marketing email, use the unsubscribe link in any message. To limit advertising cookies, use your browser settings or your Google Ad Center and Meta ad preferences.

Children

This is a website about pool enclosures. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under thirteen.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the home page.
